Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or
more (valid only in the contiguous United States)

Shipping Estimates

Orders generally ship same day or next business day. Once shipped, orders with Standard Shipping typically deliver in 3-5 business days, while orders with Expedited Shipping deliver in 2-3 business days. As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details.

Alaska and Hawaii Orders. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience an additional 7-10 business days of transit time compared to deliveries within the contiguous US.

Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary. Even with expedited shipping, please be aware that there may still be an extended transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.

Possible Shipping Delays

Most of CLIQ’s orders ship right on schedule.

 

However, weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order.

 

If you are concerned that your package is severely delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact support@cliqproducts.com and provide your order information.

Cancelling or modifying my order

Once an order has been placed and the items purchased are in stock, we will immediately begin the fulfillment process. Unfortunately, this means that in most cases, we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This includes making changes to the delivery address or products selected.

 

To check if any change or cancellation is still possible you can contact us on live chat or at support@cliqproducts.com If the order is not being prepared yet, our team may be able to process the cancellation/change as you requested.

Shipping Protection

For extra peace of mind, we offer CLIQ Shipping Protection at checkout for $4.99, which covers your order in case it’s lost or stolen.
If you add CLIQ Shipping Protection at checkout:

  • We’ll happily replace or refund packages that are lost or reported stolen after delivery.
  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • We may ask for additional information to help process your claim.

If you don’t select CLIQ Shipping Protection:

  • Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unfortunately not able to cover lost or stolen items.
  • In that case, you’ll need to work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
